I'm Arizete, born on the coast of Rio de Janeiro. Since my childhood, I have been used to having a strong connection with nature. My grandparents were farmers, they took care of the land with great dedication and love. They passed on to my parents that same caring nature; and there I was growing up surrounded by a huge vegetable garden in the backyard, a great variety of fruit trees and many kinds of herbs that were used by my mother to prepare teas. That upbringing prepared me to become the woman I am today, fully aware of the importance and respect for nature, and knowing a lot about the body's natural self-healing processes.
Back in 1991, I became notably interested in books and I started to develop the good habit of reading. Working with Network Marketing for seven and a half years between São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, I had the opportunity to acquaint myself with books about Emotional Intelligence and Neurolinguistic Programming, which, due to the nature of my job back then, I was able to read thoroughly and helped me to expand my mind by absorbing a lot of valuable information. The inevitable result of that travelling back and forth was that I fell in love with reading.
